Clinton Avenue teacher Caroleanne Clausen has been awarded WalMart Teacher of the Year. Ms. Clausen teaches 4th grade and was nominated by a former student. Her award included a $1000 grant and a $100 gift card. Ms. Clausen plans to expand her classroom library with the generous gifts.
