Islander Fundraiser

On Saturday, January 21st, the Comsewogue Community ventured out through the snow to the Nassau Coliseum and supported two very special performances at the Islanders game.  First, female vocal group Tapestry performed the National Anthem in front of thousands of people to begin the game.  Then, during the second intermission the high school band performed "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" from the stands.  The night was sealed off by an overtime goal and an Islanders victory 2-1.  Proceeds from tickets sales benefited the CHSPTA Scholarship fund as well as the Drama Club.  Congrats to Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Wilbur, and all of the Tapestry and Symphonic Band members who performed at this exciting event!  A special thank you to all of the Community Members who purchased tickets for this successful fundraiser!  We hope you can all join us again next year!

Reminder to parents of 9^th grade students:
State mandated Scoliosis Screening will be done for Boys – the week of February 7th – 10^th

Girls – will be done the week of February 14^th – 17^th

If your child will be screened by their private physician, please hand the results in to the Health Office before the above dates.
